MATTEO DE CAMINADA (he/him, b. 2001, Bolzano, IT) is an interdisciplinary artist and designer committed to building a more inclusive, future-oriented society. His practice is deeply engaged in queer rights, social critique, and the transformative potential of art and design. His practice articulates a clear artistic and political stance: the subversion of entrenched social conventions, the dismantling of problematic normative ideologies, and the advocacy for a progressive and equitable future. De Caminada lives and works between Bolzano - Italy, Vienna - Austria and Weimar - Germany while maintaining an active digital presence, including the platform mdc000.xyz (est. 2024), offering “objects of art and function.”
